Компания - лидер национального рынка связи стандарта CDMA приглашает принять участие в конкурсе на позицию Оператора call - center (г. Львов)

Требования:
- владение ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя (Windows, Excel, Internet, E-mail);
- свободное владение русским, украинским языками (английский - желательно);
- хорошие коммуникационные навыки;
- опыт работы в сфере на аналогичной должности приветствуется

Ключевые обязаности:
- регистрация всех звонков с детализацией
- консультационная поддержка клиентов, предоставление необходимой информации о тарифах, услугах, о компании и т.д;
- работа с жалобами и запросами клиентов;
- реализация необходимых трансакций;
- поиск оптимальных решений в соответствие с запросами абонентов.
