PHP Team Lead/Competence Manager

Ми оголошуємо набір на посаду PHP Team Lead/Competence Manager:

Загальні вимоги:
- Вища спеціалізована освіта
- Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді 3-5 років
- Досвід розробки архітектури проектів;
- Навики написання ТЗ (технічних завдань);
- Уміння адекватно оцінювати час на виконання технічного завдання;
- Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки ПО (опис технічних вимог, проектування, розробка, тестування);
- Сильні знання архітектурних паттернів.
- Сильні знання паттернів, підходів та концепцій проектування.
- Знання PHP, MySQL, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, AJAX, Ant/NAnt/CPPAnt, Apache HTTP Server, CrossBrowsers HTML, CruiseControl, HTML/DHTML, JIRA, JavaScript, Linux, PHP Hypertext Pre-processor, TortoiseSVN, XML/XSL/XSLT
- Досвід розробки великих проектів на PHP5
- Знання MVC, досвід роботи з Zend Framework (буде плюсом)
- Досвід керівництва командою програмістів;

- творчий підхід до вирішення задач;
- відповідальність.

Основні обв'язки:
- Управління ресурсами, які не стосуються проектів. Підтримка інженерів визначеної кваліфікації і компетенції для запуску нових проектів. Забезпечення 'тимчасовою роботою' програмістів, які на даний момент не є залучені до будь-якого проекту чи відділу.
- Встановлення і підтримка стандартів кваліфікації для членів Групи Компетенції. Забезпечення технічним оцінюванням працівників. Асистувати при наборі і тренуванні нових працівників компанії.
- Гарантія технічної оцінки під час Циклу Розробки Програмного Забезпечення в компанії.
- Удосконалення знань та навиків працівників з ціллю їхнього професійного росту та росту компанії
- Функціональне керівництво розробниками програмного забезпечення
- Моніторинг та заміна на більш ефективні практики, які призводять до втрат на проектах
