We search for Quality Manager/QA with strong knowledge and working experience in:

General Requirements:

 Bachelor degree or above
 Business education is a plus
 At least 5 years experience in Software development/QA/Outsourcing

Special Requirements:

 Understanding of software development company functioning
 Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
 Understanding of process management and improvement
 Understanding of Project management and Service management

Advisable Skills:

 Understanding of CMMI and Agile processes
 Excellent problem-solving skills
 Excellent analytics skills
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Leadership skills
 Planning skills
 Detail orientation
 Ability to resist internal pressure/strength of character
 English upper intermediate level or higher
