Responsibilities:
1.Manage the initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of large, complex telecommunication turnkey projects, achieving successful business outcomes and positive customer feedback.
2.Engage with Huawei sales and product groups to ensure a smooth transition between opportunity and contract and ownership of the solution delivery by the project team.
3.Document and establish project management plans covering all relevant aspects of the project.
4.Control project scope including variation management.
5.Develop project resource plan, schedule and budget to meet the requirements of the project.
6.Manage risk identification and mitigation to realize business benefits.
7.Manage project quality including monitoring reporting, data collection, trend analysis and continuous improvement.
8.Actively seek scope expansion and new opportunities that will result in additional project revenue.
9.Manage commercial and operational aspects of external service providers engaged for the project.

Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above.
2.Major in: Automation, telecommunication, Engineering or relative.
3.More than 5 years experience in management of large (>30 million USD) and complex telecommunication wireless turnkey projects in multicultural environment.
4.Financial skills including statistic, analysis, summarization and report.
5.Experience with customer contacts.
6.Strong communication skill in teamwork.
7.Knowledge of project planning, costs, contracts and project control, including the management of resources,
8.Strong skill of Risk Management.
9.PMP certificate is preferred.
10.Skill of project management tools.
11.Language Ability: Good English Technical Document reading ability. Fluent oral and written English.
12.Frequent business trip required.
