Фахівець у call center Відділу проблемних кредитів (м.Львів)

Вимоги:
1. Вища освіта/незакінчена вища освіта (юридична або економічна);
2. Аналогічний досвід від року роботи в банку або колекторському агентстві;
3. Відмінні комунікативні навики;
4. Стресостійкість, дисциплінованість, відповідальність, спрямованість на результат.

Обов'язки:
1. Отримання простроченої заборгованості по кредитам фіз. та юридичних осіб шляхом телефонного дзвінка (нагадування/попередження про оплату кредиту та інше);
2. Консультація клієнтів по питаннях заборгованості;
3. Підготовка звітів по клієнтам-боржникам.
