Requirements:

Educational background
- Legal background (B.Sc or M.Sc)

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative management
- Preferably from industrial production
- Preferably experienced with international trading

Language skills
- Native language and well-formulated in Ukrainian (writing, reading, speech)
- Excellent command of English or German (writing, reading, speech).
- Excellent command of Polish

PC-skills
- Professional Business level

Personality
- Loyal, open-minded, trustworthy, presentable, strong in negotiations

Others
- Business lawyer with a good understanding of economics and management of external relations
- Knowledge of Western Europe from travels, studies or work
- More hard than soft
- SOP-creator - creator of standard operational procedures
- Team building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and analytical in approach
- Good communication skills
- Driver licence
- Clean criminal record
